Department Vision: Leadership and excellence in chemical engineering sciences and their applications to serve the national industry and achieve sustainable development.
Department Mission: To prepare scientifically and professionally qualified graduates in chemical engineering, equipped with innovation and scientific research skills, and to contribute effectively to solving technical problems and developing the chemical and petroleum industries to meet labor market needs.

Graduates of the Chemical Engineering program at Al-Qadisiyah University are expected, within a few years of graduation, to:
