The College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a training course in cooperation with the Department of Scientific Affairs / Division for Control of Handling of Chemical, Biological and Radiological Materials entitled (Chemical Assets Tracking Program CAT) in the hall of the Continuing Education Unit, in which lectures were attended by M. M. Saif Al-Din Kazem Muhammad Al-Zamili and M. Dr. Mai Jalil.
The course aims to train the teaching and technical staff (chemical and biological warehouse officials and supervisors) on how to list chemical and biological materials on the ministerial CAT Chemical Assets Tracking website, clarify the relationship between the CMS program and the CAT program, learn how to list chemical and biological materials in the warehouse inventory program, and learn how to Linking or converting data related to chemicals from the CMS program to CAT.

The course recommended the necessity of continuing to conduct training courses on the chemical and biological materials management program and the chemical assets tracking program (CAT) in order to organize the inventory of chemical and biological materials in warehouses and laboratories for the sake of safety and chemical security and to preserve stored materials from damage and theft as well as for the ease of auditing and reviewing any required material. When needed by the competent authorities, the chemical origins of each substance and its circulation are tracked.
